PSA is veteran-owned and founded by a healthcare professional who understands the demands of working in the medical field firsthand. Before launching PSA, the founder spent 10 years as a recruiter for a Fortune 500 company, working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. That experience included identifying talent, building relationships, meeting aggressive staffing demands, and connecting the right people with the right opportunities. Combining healthcare experience with a decade of recruiting experience became the foundation for Pulse Staffing Agency.
