PSA REWARDS
Start strong. Earn $1,000.
Eligible PSA clinicians can earn a one-time $1,000 Launch Bonus by completing a minimum of 146 qualifying billable hours within their first 30 days of active employment with PSA.
To Qualify
Complete at least 146 billable hours within the first 30 days
Complete all accepted and scheduled shifts in their entirety
Arrive on time and remain for the entire scheduled shift unless otherwise authorized
Report to every shift in the required uniform
Follow all PSA and facility policies and procedures
Maintain all required licenses, certifications, credentials, and compliance requirements
Remain active and in good standing with PSA through the qualification and payout period
Bonus Disqualification
The one-time $1,000 Launch Bonus will be forfeited if the clinician has a documented incident involving:
No-call/no-show
Unapproved absence or shift cancellation
Late arrival
Leaving a shift early without authorization
Failure to report in required uniform
Refusal or abandonment of an accepted assignment
Falsification of time, credentials, documentation, or employment records
Violation of PSA or facility policies
Unprofessional conduct or a substantiated facility complaint
Suspension or loss of a required license, certification, or credential
Any other documented conduct resulting in formal disciplinary action under PSA policy
Important
The Launch Bonus is a one-time incentive and is separate from regular wages. Completing 146 qualifying hours alone does not guarantee payment if the attendance, conduct, credentialing, or good-standing requirements are not satisfied.
Consistency pays.
Eligible PSA clinicians can earn a $2,500 Anniversary Bonus by completing at least 1,800 qualifying billable hours on or before their first anniversary date with PSA.
Qualification Period
The qualification period begins on the clinician’s official PSA contract start date and ends at 11:59 PM on their first anniversary date.
Example: If a clinician’s contract start date is August 31, 2026, all 1,800 qualifying billable hours must be completed by 11:59 PM on August 31, 2027.
Monthly Minimum Requirement
Clinicians must complete a minimum of 120 qualifying billable hours each month to maintain eligibility for the Anniversary Bonus.
Meeting the 120-hour monthly minimum does not replace the 1,800-hour requirement. The clinician must still complete at least 1,800 qualifying billable hours by their anniversary deadline.
Failure to meet the monthly minimum results in loss of eligibility for the Anniversary Bonus.
Attendance & Good Standing
Throughout the qualification period, clinicians must:
Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality
Complete accepted and scheduled assignments
Remain active and in good standing with PSA
Maintain all required licenses, certifications, credentials, and compliance requirements
Follow PSA and facility policies and professional standards
Disqualification
Bonus eligibility may be lost for:
No-call/no-show
Repeated tardiness
Unapproved absences or shift cancellations
Leaving shifts early without authorization
Shift or assignment abandonment
Falsification of time, credentials, or documentation
Serious or repeated facility complaints
Serious violations of PSA or facility policy
Suspension or loss of required professional credentials
Termination for cause
Important
The $2,500 Anniversary Bonus is a one-time incentive and is separate from regular wages. Completing 1,800 hours alone does not guarantee payment if all monthly, attendance, conduct, credentialing, and good-standing requirements are not satisfied.
Bonus eligibility, qualifying hours, attendance requirements, payout timing, and other terms are subject to PSA policy. Bonuses are not guaranteed unless all applicable requirements are met.
